synerG Young Professionals and Greensboro Jaycees Announce

Formal Programming Partnership

(Greensboro, NC) — On Tuesday, August 1, 2017, synerG and the Greensboro Jaycees
will implement a formal programming partnership. Staff and volunteers from each
organization will work together on programming that will continue to strengthen the
young professional community in Greensboro. “synerG and the Greensboro Jaycees have
partnered on programming in the past and we feel that a formal partnership will build a
stronger collaborative leadership experience for both the organizations and the young
professionals who volunteer in the community,” said Hillary Meredith, synerG Young
Professionals Director.

synerG and the Jaycees will combine efforts and continue to provide exceptional
leadership and community engagement opportunities. Some of the programs the
organizations will partner on include: the development of an executive leadership
seminar series, co-sponsoring monthly On Tap networking events, Lunch and Learns,
and Making Connections events.

“The Greensboro Jaycees are excited to enter into this partnership with Action
Greensboro and the synerG young professionals. Both groups have a strong history of
bringing positive change to the city, and together I am confident we can continue to
provide opportunities for young adults to learn and grow to become the next
generation of community leaders,” said Derek Mobley, President of the Greensboro
Jaycees.
