Join synerG and the Greensboro Jaycees for an educational workshop, led by local artist and author Gavin George. Gavin will share his insights on mindfulness cultivation and stress-relief techniques through simple coloring exercises using mandalas.

Attendees will hear a presentation from Gavin and followed by an opportunity to color!

The workshop will take place in the community room at Deep Roots Market on Thursday, August 24th at 7pm. Registration is required.
