Adaptable Communication – Everyone has a plan until something goes wrong, right? Participate in this workshop to gain skills and tools to successfully handle the unplanned and inconvenient before, after, and during communication, both big (presentations, events) and small (one-on-one and team conflicts). In this workshop, you will gain new knowledge into operating with the end goal in mind and succeeding in creating the impact you wish to make as a communicator.
