The BLOC Awards were established in 2017 by The Artist Bloc, LLC Arts Venue “Where Creative Minds Meet” to honor, recognize and celebrate the outstanding Triads Artist in the art entertainment, fashion, cosmetic, and the culinary industry.

The focus of the Bloc Awards is to recognize Triad artists in Dance, Theater, Music, Visual Arts, Fashion, Filmmaking, and to highlight non-traditional artists such as barbers, hairstylist, makeup artists, nail stylist, and chiefs. Every year we look to make this event more and more beneficial to Triad artists and support the great artistry created right in the triad. The awards are presented annually and broadcasted.

We are focused on one objective, the development of the arts industry in the Triad while encouraging growth in our community, both present, and future.
