The North Carolina Junior Chamber Year-End Convention is an annual 2-day convention providing competitions, training, awards, networking opportunities and fun(!) organized by and for Jaycees from across the state of North Carolina.

Full registration includes trainings, meetings, Saturday luncheon, and Saturday evening awards banquet. Saturday lunch & dinner are both included in the price of full registration.

Trainings (Saturday Afternoon)

1. International Business and how it relates to you: A presentation and interactive training session on international business and how you can integrate those practices in your business

2. Cultural Non-Profit Roundtable (Featuring Did Non-Profits from the Triad Area) A roundtable giving a clear look of the state of the different Non-Profits in our communities including our own organization.

Excursion

International Civil Rights Center and Museum: An hour-long tour of the International Civil Rights Center and Museum. It will help learn about the history of one of the cultures in North Carolina.

6:00pm – Arrival/Registration: Registration Downtown walking tour of Greensboro complete with visiting different spots for drinks and entertainment at your own cost.

6:00pm-10:00 pm NCJCI Senate Social – reverse raffle/silent auction and activity. Open to allconvention attendees.

{Aaron mentioned an awesome idea where we all showcased a little about each other, and where we are from culturally. We could decorate the room we are staying in for the convention with things from our culture, pics, clothes, food, drinks, lights whatever you need to be creative. You could do it as a single person or with your chapter. Prizes will be given to the best rooms. This event ends at 11pm as we don’t want to be in violation of noise complaints.}

Please be warned that the NCJC Bylaws state that there is to be NO visible alcohol outside events with hotel bartenders. If you plan to room hop during the evening activities, please be sure to transport your adult beverages in cups.
