You don’t need to be a megacorporation to set up a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. Indeed, when these programs are set up with an eye towards authenticity and sustainability, they help retain and motivate employees.

In this 45-minute presentation, Xtern Software Communications Director Emily Linden, shares learnings from setting up her employer’s CSR program. These learnings can help young professionals advocate for CSR programs in their own workplaces. For young professionals that sit on nonprofit boards, this will also give them insight into what employers consider when evaluating nonprofit partners.
